The getSale livechat widget allows you to chat with your website customers using Slack.Customers will use the livechat widget to communicate with you. The livechat widget is shown to customers when loading your website.InstallationTo connect our livechat widget you need install a small piece of code on your website. This code downloads the livechat widget from our servers when loading your website. Code installation does not take much time when using the detailed instructions located on our website. Our staff can also provide you with the necessary assistance with the code installation on your website.UsageMessages sent by your customers in the livechat widget go to your Slack team.For each customer who has written a message to you through the livechat widget, a separate Slack public channel is created. Messages written by you in this channel will be sent to the customer.You don't get lost in a large number of channels: the names of the channels are in the format of the date and serial number of the chat for that day. At the end of the session you can leave or archive the Slack channel so that you don't have too many channels in Slack.Also, the getSale service notifies you about all chats in a separate Slack public channel (#getsale by default). Subscribing to notifications in this channel will ensure you do not miss any customer who wants to chat with you.
