About this bot

Last week we launched the first major cinema assistant for Messenger in Poland and Europe. The assistant is called MultikinoBot (m.me/multikinobot) and it is the official bot of Multikino Polska (https://multikino.pl/, https://www.facebook.com/MultikinoPolska/) - the largest, most famous cinema chain in Poland and part of Vue Cinemas. The language used in the bot is Polish, so if you want to try it just be aware of it. If you don’t know Polish and still want to explore its functionalities, just follow the below description (we suggest to use a mobile device to see how we handle embedded webviews): The flow of a conversation is the following: during the first interaction Bot asks you for the city where you want to go to the cinema. Pick or write “Warszawa” if you don’t know what city you want. The city can be changed anytime using the menu. After that, Bot asks you what do you exactly want. Here you can pick one of the suggested methods of browsing movies (suggestions are: “titles”, “genres”, “featured”, “today”, “tomorrow”). You can also write something you want explicitly, for example write “komedie jutro” to see comedies played tomorrow or “inferno w czwartek” to see showings of Inferno on Thursday.You can also provide english movie titles, like for example “Doctor Strange”. When you see a list of movies, you can select one by pressing “Wybieram” or watch its trailer by pressing “Obejrzyj zwiastun” If you selected a movie but no day of showing is selected yet, Bot asks you for it. After than, Bot asks for exact showing you are interested in - just pick an hour and theater suitable for you. Next, you can press “Wybierz miejsca” to open a webview and start the process of selecting seats and tickets.
